What if you could---?

 What if you could own a money making machine that could generate tones and tones of cash for you while you are on holiday or sleeping.
This sounds like a scam I guess,
But its reality. Robert  Kiyosaki in his book ‘Rich dad ,Poor dad’ says-The rich don’t work for money but money work for them.

Does this sound familiar,
What Kiyosaki meant is  that ;you need to invest your money into assets---
What if today you put $100 into a machine and when you come back tomorrow you press the machine and then  $200 comes out.

Wouldn’t you buy as many ,such machines as you can?
This is what a home business can do for you. When you set up a home business you create a continuous stream of residual income-
I have designed my business in a way that ,it creates residual income for me even while I am sleeping or on holiday.

Lets take a look at this headline,

The headline arouses curiosity in the reader ‘s mind . The reader wants to know what actually
Happened, how can a pill save a marriage.
The reader cannot tell the story from merely reading the headline and hence he is taken from sentence to sentence until the whole copy is read.

A news headline

Its an announcement , making the reader aware of something that has just happened-

Its an intriguing story that leaves the reader saying –

The how to headline.

Mothers want to know how to take care of their families well. Students wants to know how to pass maths the first time.
Men wants to know how to date a beautiful girl—
The how to headline it shows the expertise of the writer and his ability to transfer his knowledge to the reader.

The success of a business venture is based upon the strength  of its foundational pillars. How you organize your business determines  the extent of your success.
Here are my 5 –pillars ,to guide you when you want to launch a business, as well as growing your business.
Sort
Sorting means:  grouping your ideas to line up with your vision ,it determines why and how your business is unique  ,What and how can you offer the market a better service? Creating your own brand -in line with your vision.
Let’s say you want to open a restaurant ,and there are a lot of restaurants around, how do you sort your ideas to publish  your Brand-Your vision.

Set
The second pillar is; Setting your business ,at this stage you move your vision from paper to reality. It’s a practical way of establishing your fundamental structures.
Looking at your financials , your marketing plan and all logistics involved in your venture. Set means getting ready to launch your business.
Making sure that all the foundational  parameters are taken good care of-
Reassess  your strengths and your weaknesses ,your advantages and disadvantages.
Develop your self to meet the your business needs.
Prepare for the launch-

Shine
Now you are at the point of launching your business , your ideas should get to the people in all simplicity.
Wise people know that a good start ends ,with the best finish-
And it applies very well during a business launch.
Shinning is putting your marketing plan to work, proving   to your customers  why they need to do business with you.
This pillar involves good marketing strategies, that are implemented to produce results-
To  convince your customers why you are the best.

Standardize.
The forth pillar involves setting a bench mark for your business ,setting targets on the drawing board.
Laying down clear business operating principles for yourself and your co workers.
Outline clearly the procedures to be taken in an decision  to be taken ,eg –hiring and outsourcing services.
All employees should conform to the standards that are clearly laid out.
Creating business standards creates a One –team  Spirit, focus-and minimizes time wasting.
Good standards also improves the quality of your work .

Sustenance.
The last pillar is, sustenance, a high level of quality- management  is  required to ensure that the set standards are always followed.
Entrepreneurs are creators while ,managers are mentors, managers ensure that  that the set standards are followed.
To run successful venture you need entrepreneurial skills as well as managerial skills.
Becoming successful  and  maintaining success are too different things. It all counts for hard work and discipline to build a long lasting empire.

What is a blog?

A blog is setup of articles, audios , videos, and or images .
The purpose of such setup is to convey a specific message or transfer information via the internet-
It is a  website with dynamic content, being constantly updated.
The blogger is the transmitter ,who conveys the message while the audience becomes the receiver.
The internet has been dominated by key players such as , goggle ,yahoo and Microsoft – Bing . These key  players rank different sites being published on the internet according to the value of information being published.

Search engines love blogs , why?
Search engines search for value , they search for expert advice .when you publish  good content on  a specific  niche, the search engines label an expert-
You become an Authority in your field and hence you rank high with the search engines.
Most blogs are ranking higher than standard websites ,because of the quality and quantity of the  content.
The purpose of a  website is get  more people to know your business and hence get more customers-the goal is to drive traffic to your website.
Most website content is static, while blog content is dynamic.
It is a requirement for every business to have a blog. Having a good website only  is not enough , if you want constant huge traffic to your business  then, get a good blog.
On a blog it is easy to in cooperate the multidimensional forms of communication. Articles ,audio ,videos and imaging .
The  message can easily appeal to different kinds of people. The message can blend  easily with social media platforms

How to be an expert in your own field-

Most people in life spend  most of their precious time trying  to be masters of all arts .
Being a jack of all trades is possible , But is it possible to be a master of all arts?

Knowing your profession .
Be able to distinguish between your profession and your job.
Are  you a teacher or a house wife? Know your  calling and why you are here on this earth?
Dedicate your resources towards growing your profession-
If you know your profession you will not jump from job to job or from course to course  , you stick with your calling.
What you do for a living is different from your profession-
What you do for a living is your Job :
Your profession is your calling , why you are here on this earth-
It is what you love to do;
 You are inspired  and hence you are willing to dedicate resources towards the development of your profession.
To some, their job is also their profession. They have found their calling and hence have found ways to earn a living from their profession.
Take time to think and identify your profession.
If your job is not your profession ,please take time to develop your skills in regard to your profession. With time you will start earning a living from your profession.


Personal development

A wise man knows that the greatest resource that he has is himself-
If you are highly developed in skill and knowledge , with strong character you can do ,you can become anything in life.
Never neglect the need to develop yourself .The Spirit , the Soul –Mind and the Body  should be developed in a balanced manner.
Money and time are 2 precious resources that should be invested for personal growth and success.
-spend time studying relevant books in your field.
-spend time studying the bible for your spiritual growth.
-spend time with relevant people, that will encourage you towards growth in your profession.
-spend money attending seminars and trainings for coaching.
-spend money buying  books , audios and videos for personal development.
Expertise comes through hard work and perseverance.

Delegating and outsourcing
Delegating  other tasks to other people. Hire and employ people to help you produce effective results within the set time.
You might have the skills required for the tasks but definitely not the time and energy to execute all tasks at hand.
A high level  of performance require not only skill, but time and energy as well.

Acquire a high level of expertise in your field and become a highly sought after man in your trade.

Wise man nuggets-

What is your greatest resource.

A wise man knows that the greatest resource that he has is himself-
If you are highly skilled ,have  knowledge   and good  character you can do anything. The spirit ,the soul and the body must be developed in a balanced manner for effective growth and outstanding success.

Spirit
Human beings are spiritual beings , they differ  from the rest of creation  in their ability to relate to  and with their creator.
We all  yearn for a close relationship with our maker-God. It does not matter  what you believe  in or where you come from :all human beings yearn for their master and a great desire for a sound relationship about him.
How then do you develop your spirit?
The key to developing your spirit and a positive relationship with your maker is to KNOW HIM-
Study Him, relate to Him through prayer. The bible is  a great resource  for  spiritual growth and should be your companion.
Learn and do what you learn-develop your spirit though prayer and meditation.

Soul –The mind.
A highly developed mind coordinates and manages the way you execute your tasks in life, It is the powerhouse for growth and success in your field .
Read good inspirational books, listen to audios and watch powerful videos to  train your mind for better functioning , judgment  and response to any task.
Be any expert in your field by developing  your mind and becoming highly knowledgeable.

Body
The body can be developed by consistent, planned exercise –manual labor can never replace a planned consistent exercise.
The body muscles needs to be needs to be developed in order to execute manual tasks effectively-
Set up  a plan for exercising  and  stick to the plan –make sure your plan is achievable .
Lets say you plan to jog  a 2 km distance 3 days a week or 10 sit-ups everyday before going to bed.
The key is in consistency-make it your life style.
A good exercise should be accompanied by eating a balanced diet in the right proportions.

 Expertise comes through hard work  and good planning. The rewards associated with hard work are worth the journey.
