Making a decision and sticking to it –A lesson learnt from Nelson Mandela’s life .

Nelson Mandela proved himself to be man of good principles and integrity by making a decision and sticking to it.
The challenges ,the suffering and the hurt that
he experienced in isolation were so huge to cause a man to fickle  and change his principles.
Nelson  stood tirelessly , defending his cause  ,not giving in to the hardships that he faced.
A man sure of what he wanted to achieve ,he had made a decision ,
To be of  help to his countrymen and men across the world. He made that decision and he stood by it.
Feeble ,unpredictable people don’t  go far in life.
This is one lesson I have  learnt from Madiba ,and  every youth must learn today as they forge their lives through  the challenges and obstacles of this life.
I have heard stories of many young people who have dropped out of college after one year in college- the cause being inability to stick to the  decision made .
Most successful people know the power of persistence and courage in reaching the pinnacle of their dreams and achieving outstanding  goals in their lives.
Mandela  was not such a being , who makes a decision today and changes tomorrow and many youth today lacks such character.
Many who commit themselves to marriage fail to go until death do us part. Why?-
Failure to stick to decisions made ,due to early gratifications and way –obstacles results in shortcomings and failures.
Many are so fickle and inconsistent ,they turn back easily in the midst  of challenges.
If you  have made a decision ,to start running your own business, you have done well .
However  there are challenges and obstacles on the way . Don’t  fickle ,hold on to your dream ,stick to your decision ,don’t give up.
That is the character of Madiba.
Rest in peace Nelson Mandela.
